I really enjoy photographing at Brix and Mortar and around the Yaletown area. So when John Bello called me up to be his second shooter, I was very much inclined to join the party.
Regardless of whether I'm a primary photographer or second photographer, I always go into a wedding with the same determination to create true and authentic moments and beautiful photographs that the couple will remember.

I think this wedding might have been in the Fall as I could see the light going down pretty quickly in the evening. Despite having photographed here many times, I'm always on the lookout for new angles at Brix and Mortar.
I'm always on the lookout for these little moments. During this time of the wedding, there's not a lot going on other than waiting for guests to arrive. However, this is when I do walk-arounds and travel all over the venue to find little pockets of moments between people.
