Over the last few years, I’ve received a number of requests to publish my photos in publications and for use in articles.

While these have mostly been from my Project Work, some of it has also come from my personal travel work as well. Past clients have included:

  • Trinity Western University

  • Geist Magazine

  • The Toronto Star

  • Youth Collaborative for Chinatown

  • National Trust for Canada.

If you are looking for an image or an interested in an image you see or want to see a catalogue of documentary photographs for licensing, feel free to reach out. I can offer a customized quote depending on number of images used, number of times used and duration.

Chinatown

After being lured into a teashop when I started the Documenting Chinatown Project, I found myself documenting much of the life, culture and tangible/intangible heritage of Vancouver’s Chinatown. From Lion Dances in the snow to deep shadows casting over the buildings, I’ve documented a lot of Chinatown but always feel like I’ve only scratched the surface. The Documenting Chinatown Project is an on-going project and has only been put on hold due to COVID19.

Scenes from Vancouver And Abroad

In my travels and in my walks, I’ve taken photographs of many places but mostly a lot of my hometown of Vancouver. While it’s always nice to have sunny days, the rain and occasionally foggy days in Vancouver really define our weather here and I’ve learned that there is beauty in rain as much as there is in the sun. While I don’t focus on creating landscapes, I do like to capture artistic scenes highlighting colour or shapes.
